The LEAD NOW! Self Assessment provides participants with critical information on how their leadership effectiveness aligns with their leadership preferences (what they like to do) and how they can build their leadership ability. The assessment enables leaders to accurately and quickly learn the answer to how well they “fit” in their position, what their strengths are, and what they can do immediately to improve their leadership capabilities.  The LEAD NOW! Self Assessment is based on the LEAD NOW! Leadership Development Model, introduced in the award-winning Stewart Leadership Book Series. This assessment is an effective and straightforward method for providing leaders with impactful feedback and improving leadership skills.


In May 2018, Forbes ranked the Energy Leadership Index Assessment, third among best “Assessments Every Executive Should Take”, to help you understand your strengths and weaknesses.  The Energy Leadership Index Assessment provides a unique lens on self-awareness and emotional intelligence, two key ingredients for any leader. Situational awareness of yourself and others is critical for a leader. Understanding where you are at any moment and how you respond to stress can make all the difference.  The assessment measures your level of energy based on your attitude, or perception of the world. Because attitude is subjective, it can be altered.
